How old do children have to be to learn how to ice skate?

Apparently, only 6 1/2 weeks, according to Ben. We took Drew to the Hershey Arena for an Entertainment Department party. Ben thought that it would be a good idea to take "the tank" (the graco stroller) out on the ice. After almost getting run over a couple of times, we got Drew out on the ice. He seemed to like riding around in circles on the ice. Daddy liked pushing him around too. In the above picture, Drew has a huge smile on his face.

We had a good time showing him off to all of our Hershey friends.
