Nathan's New Adventure

Spring is almost here. Nathan really likes the warmer weather. When we get home at night, Mom has been able to get him out of the car and let him run/walk/stumble around in the yard. This particular night, he ventured into the backyard and found the playset.

He tried climbing the ladder but needed a little assistance from Mom. When he got to the steering wheel on the inside, he just giggled. He loved being up there and be able to look Mom straight in the eye. He finally figured out what a slide was. He loved it. He would slide to the bottom (with Mom's help of course) and then grunt until she put him back on the top.

All right...enough of going down the slide. Let's try to go up. Nathan's shoes don't have a whole lot of traction. So, he didn't get very far.

Mom and Nathan spent quite a bit of time outside that night. Nathan really protested coming inside for dinner. You can probably tell that by the time she carried him in, it was completely dark outside.
