Day of Random Things

Today, Mom and Dad left us to go visit the World Showcase. While they were out and about, Nathan and I hung at the pool with Grammy, Grandpa, GG Pa and Helen.

The World Showcase is in Epcot (the countries) and Mom and Dad were going to take a segway tour. Before they could ride the segway, they had to get a little instruction since they had never been on one before. Mom had to learn to keep her balance and not fall off of it.

Once they got the hang of riding, they could go out into the countries. They had to be careful not to run over anyone on their way.

Dad really enjoys riding the segway.  For just $5000, he can have one of his own.

When Mom and Dad got back, we hopped on a boat and headed to The Wilderness Lodge.  Nathan enjoyed his boat ride with Dad.

We had to get our family picture in the same spot that we did last year.  And, this year, we bought a neat frame to put it in too.  We'll be adding it to our Disney decor in the basement soon.

We stopped at the waterfalls for a fun picture too.

We hopped back on the boat to the Contemporary and posed for this picture like we did last year too.  It's just a fun spot for us to stop and snap some shots...even if Nathan and I didn't want to cooperate.

That night, we went for a tropical dinner at the Polynesian Resort.  They have some great plants and waterfalls all around the facility. The dinner was very good and consisted of chicken, shrimp and beef grilled on skewers. 

Then, it was back over to Hollywood Studios to try and catch Fantasmic.  I asked Mom if we could stop and pose with some of the neat things in and around Hollywood Studios.

I bet that you can tell that I was trying to be her little camera ham.

Outside of Fantasmic, we were able to take pictures of some of the villains that would be in the show.  The Evil Witch from Snow White:

It was hard to take pictures inside because it was very dark but Dad got this picture and Mom captured the whole thing on video.  I wasn't a fan of the show because there were some very scary characters in it.
