2:47 AM?!?!?

Friday, November 19:  Nathan and I were pulled out of our beds and thrown in the car.  When Mom finally looked at the clock, it said that it was 2:47 AM.  Really, Mom?  Really, Dad?  For what reason did you pull us out of bed at this crazy hour?
Not only did you wake us up super early, you expected us to take pictures.  You are crazy people.
Our first stop was somewhere in Virginia.  They still had leaves on the tree and some of them were still yellow and bright orange.
We stopped somewhere else a little later for lunch.  That's a lot of driving just to get lunch at a Chick-Fil-A.  Seriously.  There's one less than 10 miles from us at home.
We enjoyed our meal outside though. The weather was comfortable and we fed the birds some of our french fries.
We were told that we were going to stop for the evening in Savannah, Georgia.  So, the Holiday Inn Express took us in.  They had complimentary pretzels and lemonade.  Nathan was as happy as a pig in mud.
Our extravagant dinner consisted of pizza.  We didn't have plates.  So we used the lid of the boxes as our plates.
Then, it was off to bed for another night of rest.  Hopefully we don't get pushed out of bed before the sun rises.
