Blueberry Hill

We had so much fun picking blueberries in Connecticut, we decided to try it again back home. We tried a place in Red Lion called Blueberry Hill.

We had to be careful because there were lots of bees flying around. We were told that the bees really enjoy the end of the season because they look for the rotten fruit on the trees. Mom and I weren't scared. We just jumped right in and started picking.
I was picking berries but I was watching the bees that were devouring the berries above my hand.
Daddy and Nathan just stood back trying to stay away from the loud buzzing swarms.
Here's a shot of about 5 of the bees on one berry.
This bee was digging a hole inside this berry.
